Shipping policy

Orders are shipped using DHL. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number for easy monitoring. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from DHL. We recommend you to contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price before you complete the purchase.Your merchandise is fully insured with DHL during transit until it reaches the designated address. At that point, the responsibility for the purchased goods is transferred to you. In the rare event that your order is not delivered within the specified timeframe at the time of ordering, we will promptly notify you and take immediate action to resolve the situation. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to ensuring a smooth and timely delivery experience.

Each piece is entirely handmade by our artisans. They take between two to three weeks to complete each piece (sometimes a few more days and sometimes less than expected), after its completed they send it to us so we can begin with the shipping process.

For customers in Ecuador we ship via private courier and shipping time is 1 day, we also offer pickup.
