Shipping:

Orders are shipped using DHL. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number for easy monitoring. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from DHL. We recommend you to contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price before you complete the purchase. Your merchandise is fully insured with DHL during transit until it reaches the designated address. At that point, the responsibility for the purchased goods is transferred to you. In the rare event that your order is not delivered within the specified timeframe at the time of ordering, we will promptly notify you and take immediate action to resolve the situation. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to ensuring a smooth and timely delivery experience.

Each piece is entirely handmade by our artisans. They take between two to three weeks to complete each piece (sometimes a few more days and sometimes less than expected), after its completed they send it to us so we can begin with the shipping process.

For customers in Ecuador we ship via private courier and shipping time is 1 day, we also offer pickup. 

Returns

Return request must be emailed within three days upon receipt of your purchase. In your email please state your item and specify the reason behind your return. You will receive a reply confirmation from which you have an additional 7 days to ship you item back.

Unfortunately, www.shopamazonica.com cannot accept a return request or returned merchandise outside of the three and seven-day time frame.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@shopamazonica.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

*We do not accept returns on sale items or any items sold at a reduced price including items purchased with a promotional code of more than 20%. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

*We do not accept returns/exchanges on personalized items or made to order (MTO).

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Payments

All payments will be processed with Shopify. Shopify charges a commission for each transaction. This cost will not be reflected on your invoice; it will be subtracted from the invoiced amount to the customer. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of the payment card refuses, or subsequently refuses to, or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
